You confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (usually 18+), or have parental/guardian consent to use the site. Our services are intended to be used by parents, guardians, or adults, including placing orders for children.
We strive to accurately display product information (descriptions, images, specifications), but we do not guarantee they are error-free.
Prices, availability, and other details may change without notice.
After you place an order, we reserve the right to accept or reject it (e.g. due to errors, availability, payment issues).
If we reject your order after payment, we’ll refund you the amount paid.
Payment is due at the time of purchase via methods offered on the site.
We use secure third-party payment processors; we do not store full credit card numbers.
You agree to pay all applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees.
For physical items, we will manufacture and ship to the address you provide.
Shipping/delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays do not automatically entitle you to compensation.
Once a shipment is delivered to the carrier or to your address, the risk of loss or damage passes to you.
Custom or personalized products (e.g. custom coloring books, portraits, printed apparel) are made to your specifications.
Because they are tailored, you generally cannot cancel or return them once production begins, except in the case of defects or errors committed by us.
We reserve the right to reject custom orders if content is inappropriate, violates our guidelines, or is legally questionable.
For non-custom items (if any), returns are accepted within 30 days according to our Return Policy, provided that the books are returned in their original condition — unused, undamaged, and in resalable form.
For custom/personalized goods, refunds or cancellations are only possible under limited circumstances: defect, incorrect manufacture, or error by Hi An Studio.
If an order is cancelled prior to production start, we may refund (less any costs incurred).
All content on the site (text, graphics, logos, designs, artwork) is owned by Hi An Studio or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You may view, download, or print pages for your personal, non-commercial use only.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or content (e.g. via reviews, contests), you grant Hi An Studio a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, reproduce, publish, and distribute that feedback without compensation.
You are responsible for the content you post and must not post unlawful, infringing, or offensive content.
You agree not to:
Use the site for illegal or unauthorized purposes

Hi An Studio’s liability for any claim is limited to the total amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim (excluding shipping).

These limitations do not apply to death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold Hi An Studio, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or misuse of the site.
We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or other reasons. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the site and destroy any downloaded materials. Termination doesn’t affect rights accrued before termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of laws.
You agree to submit disputes to binding arbitration (or small claims court if applicable) except for issues concerning intellectual property, injunctive relief, or where prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will post those changes to this Terms & Conditions statement and update the “Effective Date.”
