Shipping & Return Policy

1. Processing Time

For physical products that are custom-made, after you place the order and upload your photo(s), we will prepare and send you a digital preview within 24 hours via email.

  • Production begins only after you approve the final preview.

Once approved, your order will move into production:

  • Custom coloring  books: typically take 1 business day to produce

  • Other personalized products: typically take 2–7 business days, depending on the product

Please note:

  • Processing times are estimates and do not include shipping time.

  • During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer than usual due to higher order volume.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship from our warehouse in the United States. We ship to:

  • United States

  • International destinations (including United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Europe, and other supported countries)

Some international locations may experience longer delivery times due to customs or local postal services.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

United States

  • Standard Shipping: approximately 2–8 business days

International Orders

  • Economy International Shipping: approximately 6–20 business days, depending on destination and order weight

All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or peak holiday seasons.

Expedited shipping is available upon request. 

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, order weight, and shipping method, and are displayed at checkout.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

5. Digital Products

  • Digital products do not require shipping and are not subject to shipping fees.

  • Digital files are delivered electronically via email or download link.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

  • Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take some time to refresh.

7. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is marked as delivered but not received, we recommend contacting your local post office or carrier first. We are always happy to assist where possible.

8. Holiday & Peak Season Notice

  • During peak seasons (such as Christmas and major holidays), processing and shipping times may be longer than usual.

  • We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date unless explicitly stated. Carrier delays during holidays are beyond our control.

9. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

For physical products that are custom-made, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Errors or incorrect information provided by the customer, including but not limited to:

    • Uploaded photos

    • Spelling or text details

    • Personalization instructions

    • Shipping address provided at checkout

Before production begins, a digital design preview is sent for customer approval. Once approved, the design is considered final and produced accordingly.

However, we gladly offer a replacement or full refund (customer’s choice) in the following cases:

  • Printing error

  • Wrong item sent

  • The final product received differs from the approved preview, including significant differences in:

    • Design

    • Colors

    • Layout

Reporting an Issue

  • Please contact us via photostosketches@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery

  • Include clear photos showing the issue

Once confirmed, we will offer you either a free replacement or refund.
We will try our best to make it right as quickly as possible.
