3️⃣Receive a preview within 24 hours. Once approved, we’ll print and ship your custom design.
4️⃣Receive your custom card within 2–5 days of shipping after approval.

✔️ Image Size: At least 1280 x 720 pixels.
✔️ High Resolution: Images should be sharp and detailed, avoiding blurry or low-resolution photos.
✔️ Close-Up: Focus on the subject(s) to maximize clarity.
✔️ Limited Subjects: 3-4 people maximum per image.
✔️ Well-Lit: Subjects should be clearly visible with good lighting.
✔️ Unobstructed: No parts of the subject(s) should be covered or obscured.
⏳ Every order receives special care and attention. We personally review each design to make sure it’s beautifully refined and unique.
Because our custom art is based on your photo, results may vary depending on image quality, lighting, and the simplicity of the line art style. We offer up to 2 free rounds of edits, but photo replacements aren’t allowed once we begin production.
